Tom Ticknor: Breakout for Chinese software industry
Tom Ticknor,the COO of QAI Group, is now responsible for the overall operation of Global software assessment(such as CSQA and CSTE). Tom Ticknor graduated form University of Central Florida in 1980. And he established Compusoft Service Inc in 1981. In the following more than 20 years, he acted on the senior management position in many large software corporations in Boston and Orlando. Thus, he accumulated seasoned management experience in the field of information and technology on software designing, development, testing and quality monitoring. He put foward his own viewpoint in the aspects of the overall process of software making, background service, how to organizing team, quality management etc.
