Wilson has over 20 years of professional experience in providing auditing and business advisory services. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, CPA Australia, and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
He has extensive experience in serving multinational and Chinese companies and has involved in a number of major IPO projects including PetroChina Company Limited (H Share and ADR), Aluminum Corporation China Limited (H Share and ADR), AviChina Industry & Technology Company Limited (H Share), Sinotrans Limited (H Share and S144A), Beijing Capital Land Ltd. (H Share and S144A), Beijing North Star Company Limited (H Share and S144A), Beijing Media Corporation Limited (H Share and S144A) and Jingwei Textile Machinery Company Limited (H & A Share).
His automotive clients include ASIMCO, Bosch, Johnson Control, Ford, Chongqing Changan Automobile Co. Ltd. (A & B Share), Jiangling Motors Corporation, Ltd. (A & B Share), FAW - Volkswagen, Volkswagen , Volvo and Beijing Hyundai.
He is proficient in both Mandarin and English. He also has good knowledge of the accounting regulations and listing requirements both in China and Hong Kong.
