Rupert Hoogewerf: Hoogewerf and 'Hu Run Report'
Rupert Hoogewerf was born in Luxembourg and had his higher education at Durham University of England with majors in Chinese, Japanese and history. He can speak seven languages including German, Porteguese, French and Luxemburg.
After working for Arthur Andersen (now-defunct) for nearly seven years in London and Shanghai, Hoogewerf took his first crack at calling out China's hidden millionaires when he publicized the list of China's 50 richest people in 1999. Now he is the CEO of "Hu Run Report".
He has received serveral titles from the media for making the list. He has also published seires books for fortunes.
