HAO ZHIYUAN: Some opinions of Audit
Hao Zhiyuan was born in November 15, 1952. On-the-job postgraduate. He is the director and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group in Shanxi Auditing department. He had been appointed as deputy director of Shanxi Supervision Department, Executive Commissioner of Shanxi Discipline Inspection in 1991. He was the first person to put forward the imagine to establish the system of collecting people’s suggestions in 1983, and he founded the first government organization of that in Shanxi province in 1988. He has been proposed as the candidate of China Top Ten Excellent Youth by ‘Chinese youth’ in 1989 and 1991. His books: ‘Theory of civic suggestions’, ‘pursuit ---a bridge leading to democracy’, ‘color earth’.
