Zhao Qingming, was graduated form Graduate School.The Chinese Academy Of Social Sciences, and gained the doctorate of economics. He had worked in The Postdoctoral Flow Station of Finance Graduate School in People's Bank of China, business management department of The People’s Bank of China, Beijing Foreign Exchange management department of State Administration of Foreign Exchange. Now, he is the head of China Construction Bank's research department, His main research areas: the exchange rate and foreign exchange business, the RMB exchange rate system, innovation and risk control in commercial banking business, investment in securities and financial management. He had published 50 pieces of economic thesis and review comment about and a monograph both in home and abroad.
