Registration and Logging In

Yes, registration is required to ask and answer questions. It only takes a few minute to register and it's free.

Registration for AskChina is free. It is also free to post your question. But, before your answer
will be unlocked for viewing, you must pay a deposit equal to the value of your question. This deposit is
refundable if you are not satisfied.
4. Why can’t I login?
To login, you must use the Username and Password that you entered when registering for AskChina! You must register
before you can log in. If you have registered and still are unable to log in then first check that your username
and password are right.

answer quickly.
Deposits,Accepts and Pay
1. When do I need to place the deposit?
The deposit is the amount you offered for the answer to your question. You can place the deposit when you ask
your question. The deposit must not less than 5$.
2. How to see my answer?
The answer has two parts: a word suggestion and full answer. The former is free; the latter needs to pay first.
3. What are the payment options?
You must pay first to see the full answer. We suggest that you pay with Paypal.
4. How do I request a refund?
After the question provider pay and see the answer, if he/she is not satisfied to this answer, he/she can apply
to renew answer. At the same time, the fund was frozen and the system will inform the answerer to make response
again. The question provider could make complain, if the second answer still could not satisfy with him. The administrators
will solve this problem as soon as they receive his complain.
5. Can I accept more than one answer?
Yes. After you accept your first answer, the other answers will still be available for accepting. Accept the second
answer just like you did your first. One note: you will have to pay for each answer you accept.
6. What if two experts post answers at about the same time?
If two experts post answers at about the same time, you can choose it by a word suggestion; if the word suggestion
are similar, you can choose it by expert introduction.
7. Do I have to accept an answer?
If you have several answers, you can accept an answer or more than one answer; if none of answers, you could not
accept any answers.
8. When should I accept?
Please accept quickly. You need not to accept the first answer if it doesn’t really help you, while you could
accept a good answer by a word suggestion.
9. What happens if I don’t accept an answer?
If you don’t accept an answer after the question validity time, the question will transfer to the list of ‘out
of date’ questions.

a. Enter the page of personal management, click on “Profile/Picture”;

Asking/answering questions
1. How do I ask a question on AskChina?
To ask a question on AskChina!, you must go to the page of AskChina , enter your question, and click on the button
of “Get Answer”. The other way is to click “my account/AskChina/Ask” and enter your question. Be sure to make
your question's title clear and details, since most Experts won't look at your details if they don't understand
your title.
Remember that Experts may have further questions to ask you to help them answer your question. So, they may post
questions for your to answer so that they can get the answers you need. You can reply to your expert using the
reply box on your question page.
2. How to supplement your question?
Your can supplement your question in the discuss box on your question page.
3. How should I follow up after I ask my question?
Stay active in your question! Experts are taking the time to answer you. The least you can do is to reply and
communicate if they're on the right (or wrong) track.
4. How to answer the question?
Customer need click on the button of “Answer this question” to answer the question. The answer has two parts:
a word suggestion and full answer. The former is free; the latter needs to pay first.
5. How to evaluate the answer?
You can input the evaluated information using the box after answering the question. At present, only the question
provider has right to evaluate the answer.
6. May I leave a message for experts?
Yes. Leaving Feedback for your Expert after accepting their answer is a good way to let them know which way you
like to handle your question. The other way of leaving message is to interact with you. You can enter into the
expert’s personal page, click on “Send Message” and enter your message.
7. What kind of question need to answer again?
If the question provider is not satisfied to the answer, he/she can apply to renew answer.
8. How to share my answer?
Enter into the page of answering question; you can input the share price of your answer.
9. What should I do when I go to errands during the time of solving question?
Say so! Nothing's worse than being ignored, and that's what Experts will think when they answer your question
and you don't get back to them. You should contact the expert during the solving time as soon as possible. If
can not, please inform the time you get back.
10. What if I solve the question myself?
Let everyone know that you have solved the question and post the solution to enlighten other users who might be
curious.
11. What if no one answers my question?
First of all, be patient! Sometimes it just takes a little while to figure it out. It's also possible that your
